Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 weeks. This timeframe allows for careful preparation, quality checks, and secure packaging of each piece.
Please note: Processing times may extend slightly during peak periods or promotional events.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and therefore require the full processing timeframe outlined above.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. The Jewel Bar is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the courier. While we are happy to assist with carrier inquiries, The Jewel Bar is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges on eligible items only. To qualify, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging (boxes, pouches, cards, and accessories)
- Have an exchange request submitted within 48 hours of delivery
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:
- Personalised items
- Custom-made items
- Items made or altered specifically to customer specifications
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative item or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping and reshipment.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. The Jewel Bar is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and original packaging
We will review the request and assist accordingly.
