1. What is your jewellery made of?

All of our jewellery is crafted in 18K yellow, white or rose gold. All diamonds are lab-grown unless a product description states otherwise. Any coloured gemstones are described on each product page.

2. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. A 30% cancellation charge applies to requests made after that 24-hour window to cover design and production work.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

For personalised pieces, you’ll receive a design render within 48 hours of ordering. Once you approve it, your piece is crafted in Dubai and ships within 7–10 working days. A few gemstone pieces need longer to make; where this applies, the lead time is shown on the product page. Delivery within the UAE is free on orders of AED 1,000 and above (AED 30 below that). Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman is free on orders of AED 1,500 and above (AED 180 below that) and takes 2–3 days after dispatch. For other destinations, shipping rates are shown at checkout. If you have a date in mind, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know whether the timing can be accommodated.

4. Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

5. What happens once I place my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation. Within 48 hours you’ll also receive a render of your piece, showing details such as dimensions, for your approval before production begins.

6. What is your return policy?

Personalised and made-to-order jewellery is final sale because each piece is made just for you. We send a design render for your approval before production. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we’ll help. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced at no cost. 7. Can I swim, shower or work out in your jewellery?

Yes. The Jewel Bar pieces are meant to be loved and lived in. Pearl and enamel pieces should be treated with extra care and should not be exposed to perfumes, creams and lotions or chlorine.
