At The Jewel Bar, we are committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and care. By entrusting us with your jewelry for repair, you agree to the following policy.
Repairs & Estimates
All repairs are subject to professional inspection prior to commencement. Estimates are provided based on initial assessment and may be adjusted should additional concerns be identified. No repair work will proceed without customer authorization.
Ring Resizing
Eligible items may qualify for one complimentary ring resizing, typically one size up or one size down. Eligibility is determined by ring design, metal type, and structural condition. Additional resizing or significant size changes may incur additional charges.
Turnaround Time
Repair timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on complexity and material availability. While we strive for timely service, completion dates cannot be guaranteed.
Materials & Workmanship
Repairs may include resizing, soldering, stone setting, or structural reinforcement. Pre-existing wear, weakened settings, fragile gemstones, or inherent material characteristics are not the responsibility of The Jewel Bar.
Warranty & Liability
Repairs include a limited workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, stone loss, or future breakage. Liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service performed.
Shipping & Collection
All shipping, delivery, and collection arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. The Jewel Bar is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit. Repaired items must be collected within 30 days of completion. Items not collected within this period may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned in accordance with applicable law.
