1. What is our jewellery made of?

All of our jewellery is crafted out of 18 karat gold. This can be rose, white or yellow. The diamonds that we use are natural VS-SI, GH grade diamonds, unless otherwise specified.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, please get in touch with us within 24 hours to cancel your order. After this, a 30 percent cancellation charge will apply to cover design and production fees.

3. How long will it take until you receive your order?

Our jewellery is made to order at our manufacturing facility in Dubai. We do our best to keep items in stock but due to the custom nature of many of our designs, it can take 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. Please get in touch if you need your piece by a specific date and we shall try our best to accommodate it.

4. Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely.

5. What happens once I place my order?

Once you place your order you would receive an email confirmation. Within 48 hours you would also receive a render of your piece, which will specify details such as dimensions.

6. What is your return policy?

All custom jewellery is considered a final sale.

7. Can I swim, shower or work out in your jewellery?

Yes. The Jewel Bar pieces are meant to be loved and lived in. Pearl and enamel pieces should be treated with extra care and should not be exposed to perfumes, creams and lotions or chlorine.
