Creating meaningful fine jewellery should feel personal, exciting and straightforward. Whether you are choosing an existing design or creating something bespoke, our team will guide you through every step.
1. Choose Your Jewellery
Explore our collection of personalised necklaces, Arabic jewellery, initials, birthstones, rings, earrings and fine jewellery.
Select your preferred design, 18K gold colour and available personalisation options. All diamonds are lab-grown unless stated otherwise.
If you have an idea that is not available on our website, contact us to discuss a bespoke design.
2. Place Your Order
Add your personalisation details carefully and complete your order online.
If we need any additional information, our team will contact you before beginning the design process. You can also reach us on WhatsApp before ordering if you would like help choosing your options.
3. Review Your Design
For personalised and made-to-order designs, you will receive a digital render within approximately 48 hours.
The render allows you to review details such as the spelling, layout, proportions and positioning of your design before production begins.
Please check every detail carefully. Production will begin once you approve the render.
4. Crafted in Dubai
Once approved, your jewellery is crafted at our manufacturing facility in Dubai using 18K yellow, white or rose gold.
Our team oversees each stage of production, from the approved design through to finishing and quality inspection.
5. Quality Checked and Prepared
Your completed jewellery is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility.
Each piece is prepared for delivery in The Jewel Bar packaging. Gift wrapping can also be added to your order.
6. Delivery
Most made-to-order pieces take approximately 2–3 weeks to complete and ship after design approval.
Once your order is ready, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. If you need your jewellery for a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know whether your timeline can be accommodated.

Personalised, bespoke and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore final sale.
Please review all names, initials, dates, sizes and other personalisation details before submitting your order. You will also have an opportunity to check the design when you receive your render.
